Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is collected at checkout by Stripe. An order is accepted when Stripe confirms the payment and you receive the order confirmation email. If a payment does not complete, no order exists and nothing is roasted.

Roasting and shipping

Every bag is roasted after the order is placed. Orders ship to addresses in the United States. Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times vary and are not promised.

Returns

Coffee is roasted to order and perishable, so it cannot be returned. If an order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, reply to your order confirmation email so it can be put right.

Product information

Roast level, origin, tasting notes, and bag size are stated on each product page. Tasting notes describe how the coffee tends to taste. Every roast is a little different.

For order help, reply to your order confirmation email. Every order sends one and a person reads the replies.

These terms can change. The date at the top shows the current version.
